3 point lift goes down but won’t raise. Any suggestions? Anyone had this trouble that might have some suggestions?

Not familiar with your tractor but I suggest getting a Case service manual for it. In every one that I have, there is a trouble shooting section for each section of the tractor. Make sure the manual is genuine Case and not IT or some cut up reprint. The manual will pay for itself many times over.
