Case JX 70

Trying to get any feedback on 2007 Case JX70 tractor . Good and bad. I'm considering purchasing one with very low hours. Thanks

JX series were red cousins to the New Holland TD series. Built in Turkey. Not bad tractors, just a little on the light duty side as compared to the Italian built units. Can be a bit troublesome at times when ordering parts. The assembly lines didn't always follow what the parts books show.

I have a 09 model with a CIH loader. Over 4000 hours with only one major problem -broke a
pto clutch finger at around 3000 hours. With fluid in the rears and 200# of cast iron a very well balanced tractor. I hung a 1000# wt on the 3pt if I was doing heavy loader work. As long as it has been serviced I would not be afraid of it. CIH oil and filters are a must for long life.
