Case number 70 loader parts

Looking for the left side hydraulic ram on the bucket on a 1975 number 70 JI CASE front end loader . Mine is bad and cannot be repair.

That is actually quite easy to repair. Hydraulic shops have pre-chromed rod stock and just cut off a piece as long as needed and thread it and weld your original eye on it.

It is as expensive as anything else hydraulic and whether it is competitively priced will depend upon what a NOS rod costs, if it even exists.

You are right. I guess I will have to bite the bullet. Approximately $800.00. Nothing in NOS

Let the shop look at it first. You don't say what is actually wrong with it; I'm guessing pits in the chrome if not bent.... both of which are salvageable. Let them make a recommendation, never tell a mechanic , "this is what is wrong " because it removes the liability factor from the shop.
