What's the vintage, & what did they use for an engine?

John, the model "P" used a crossmotor power unit if I remember right maybe a 18-32 unit I will have to look up the bore and stroke to be sure here is the spec sheet for it and my book shows 1928 thru 1930 for them cnt

John, it should be a 12-20 crossmotor power unit, a friend has 2 of them. Basic engine is the same except with the lack of a tractor frame to hold the water pump and magneto there's plates casted to the block to support them and the manifolds are like a Waukesha of that age. I think this combine is a 1927. Would look nice behind my 18-32 but would need a new shed just to store it in!!!
