Case Plow Model ID

A friend picked up this little 2 bottom plow and is asking what the model is. It has characteristics of a Model B (Centennial) in the hitch, axle hubs and a couple other things, but has more characteristics of a Model C.

It has the wheel setup, land wheel goes back and furrow goes forward, flat iron for beams, box beam across the back, newer coulters and other thigs. I don't think they made the C in a 2 bottom though.

I thought possibly a Model S, which was an older version, but don't think that is right either. Any thoughts? Been in a shed, so I think paint is original. Thanks - Bob

S Series was semi-mount only,, not a G Series,, yours has green parts which were not on these,, also other things different,, that is a CH model

You are right. I have a parts book for the C Series, but it only says 3,4,5, and 6 bottom. Must be a later book. That is the monster alright. Thanks

They dropped the 2 bottom version in later production yes

Nice find! it looks like it has CX bottoms, blacksmith plow shares, I have one with EX bottoms and throwaway shares, very good plows.

That is a fairly uncommon plow in that setup. Hopefully it found a good home.
