I found this plow for sale locally. What model is it? The ad just says moldboard plow and doesn't list a make or model, but it looks like a case plow to me. Will it work with my VAC and eagle hitch. I was thinking there was a lighter version for the VAC.

Thanks,
Lee

That will work with your vac, but it requires a hydraulic cylinder which goes right behind the upper link, so you need a set of remotes. You can use one of those crank style deals to replace the cylinder if you dont have remotes on your vac, but you can't change the depth on the go then.

Thanks, That is what I needed to know. I'm hoping to add a remote to my VAC but I can use a mechanical link if needed.

It is currently set in the rigid configuration for use with tractors without remotes (like your VAC). However you can change it easily in the future when you get one. That is a Model M plow. I use the exact same plow in plowing competitions and love it. You may have to remove your eagle hitch latches on the VAC to get the plow on but can put them back of after mounted. The VAC uses different latches than the other tractors. Also, that plow is much heavier than what the VAC normally used so your eagle hitch may have trouble lifting or your front wheels might get light on the ground.
