Case SC hydraulics

I just recently purchased a case SC, I believe a 1950. The two lift arms on the back of the tractor lift very slow and do not lift at all with a little bit of weight on it.

Hoping to see if anybody can help me fix this issue?

Have you checked your hydraulic fluid level? There is a check plug below the seat near the PTO. Hy-Tran fluid will work if it?s low. There is also a
hydraulic filter that may need replacing below the PTO on the right side of the housing.

Is it one of these two holes above the arrow just below the tool box?

It?s been awhile since I had my SC. The large hole is the transmission fill, the small hole is the hydraulic fill. The level plug for the hydraulic is about 1/4?
square head located just above the right side of your arrow..
You need a service and operators manual for your tractor, easy to get. That will answer most of your questions.
