CASE Serial Numbers

I was wondering if there is any database available on the internet that I can look up to see all Case tractor models with their years being made and the serial numbers with each model? Example: C CASE 1930-? SN# brake down for each year built: CI 19?-? SN# for each year. Hope to find something like this so I can determine years built for some of my CASE's.

I have looked at that already. It lumps all Letter series together. I was hoping there was something telling me the serial numbers of a CI/CCS CASE with the years being made separate from a D/C/LA CASE.

Seven digit serial numbers, subtract 4 from the first two digits. Six digit numbers, subtract 3 from the first and fourth digits.

I doubt that you find a list by model. From what I understand, the serial numbers were issued in succession, regardless of what model tractor was sitting in front of them. You could have a model L with serial number 504, and a model CC right after it getting 505.

Ok that makes sense to me. Someone told me that there was some source that had it model by model, but it didn't think that was true.
