Case steam engine sold at auction

Do not see a lot of Case steam engines sell at auctions. Yesterday a Case steam engine sold for $46,500 at the Gary Schacht estate sale near Stanley Wisconsin. They said it was a 1916, 65 HP. Was in the family since1972. They said that it needed to be recertified. There was also a 24 HP Minneapolis steam engine that sold for $62,500
