My wife asked me what I wanted for Christmas. I said "A Case tractor or a toy Case tractor". She opted for the toy but hasn't had any success finding a toy Case tractor. Of course that's a real Case, not a Case-IH.

Can someone point us to a source ?? Thanks

Real JI Case toys are hard to find. Ertl doesn't think they would be a good seller.

Right now you can get good deals on the precision Case 1570. Ebay has them for $60

That chrome 2390 for $1250 makes a guy cough a little......

The chrome 2390 is one of 28 made. Toy Tractor Times gives them away to their authors if they write enough articles for the TTT online magazine. I currently have six chromes and should be getting the 2015 chrome sometime in January.

I watch for them on ebay. I have yet to see one bring $1000 other than the one TTT donates to the National Farm toy Museum.

Spec Cast builds about 10 variations of the DC case. Ertl builds plenty of 30 series tractors, the newest case item is the 1570 with lights which is super high detail they started out at $200 a piece but have dropped into the $60 to $100 range unless you want a spirit that will cost a little more. Auction companies like Girard auctions and Aumann auctions tend to get a fair amount of case toys on sales they have also.

Our local CIH dealer usually has a few real Case tractors in amongst the sea of red toys.

Do you have the Case "long nose" Standard tread 930 from the 1960-61 era? If so how much? email is included.

The 1/8 scale 730 has a picture of a wagon and disk on the back of the box but I've never seen one.
Is the wagon something you would have or did they never get around to making one in Case colors?
I've seen the IH red version. My email is open also.

Never have seen a orange one other than for AC. Maybe that is close enough?? They did the red ones for IH and green for JD also. The orange one came in an AC box though.

I have not seen a 530 made as a toy under mass production. The closest was a 500 or else a 730. I will do some checking into it though.

The only 930 toys done were a 930 from the mid to late 60's and also the 930 Comfort King Precision.

We had 930 toys in '66 a 1030ck and an 830ck were in the field.
