We have a 1952 VAC-12 and the camshaft gear and governor assembly recently self destructed. We have the non-ball bearing governor and are having trouble finding a parts source. So a few questions:
Any leads on those parts?
Can we switch to the ball bearing governor and camshaft gear?
Can we skip the governor altogether?

If you where to do away with the governor it will never work as it should. As for parts not sure but I have 2 VAC parts tractor so I may have the parts you need
