case vac parts. need help ??

putting together a vac #5660631 broke a bolt off. need one asap. part # V-14111 bolt pivot 1/4 n.f.hex nut I-T shake proof washer. this is on page 26 of my parts book. can any one help. thanks.

i'm using hard ware store bolts and nuts with the plastic lock but you can probly use a regular nut with a wav-type washer ,too
