Case you use the most

What is your go to Case that you use the most? Lets say you need to move a wagon or something. For me, it is between that VAO we got back in 1976 or a 430 that I got a few years ago. I like my tricycle 54 foot clutch SC, but it has a slow leak on the rear. All are very handy How about you?

Probably my 300 as it is nimble, versatile, and easier to get on and off of. It gets used for logging, hauling wood furnace wood, moving pallets of whatever, bush hogging, moving wagons, plowing and discing the garden, and even spreading wheat.

430 for sure. 1030 after that.

My dc is the most used since it has the loader on it. Always starts and works and heavy enough to do most things. But I am starting to like my little 530.

Mine is typically the 1030 for most tasks, however raking hay I go to the 830 COM gas rowcrop low tin, for just fun the 711b comes out to beat up the green guys! The 700 is setup to pull only has a pulling drawbar and the weight brackets and wheelie bars get in the way for most anything else, plus I wouldn't want to feed it gas for normal tasks, it will burn 2-2.5 gallon of E85 from the trailer through a hook and back to the trailer.

I had a 300, 2 830's a 770 and 870. But that was all before I had to quit farming in '92. I think I sold my last Case, the 300 in about
85. I used the 300 for more jobs but the others did heavier work. The 300 sprayed, fertilized, harrowed, ran a rotary hoe, bush hog, pulled wagons and many other light jobs. Only tractors that did more jobs were Farmall M's. Handiest low budget tractors ever. Big enough, handy enough. Did all the jobs the 300 did just bigger equipment and ran disks, roller harrows, flex harrow with sprocket roller and 10' rotary mower. I have sold everything except the 2520 JD P.S and 330 IHC bareback. Both trailer queens, well honestly just sit in the shed. I finally gave the 544 Farmall hydro to my son....James
