I have gotten all kinds of good info from this site for restoring and repairing my tractors. NOW a non tractor question. I just started a 1929 Mercedes kit car. Have a chevette engine in it. Need to know the year. Block has the following numbers casted. VC108DCN.
Can't seem to find any reference for this and have tried several web sites. Anybody know anything about one of these other than many don't like the engine.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
