Cat 0 implement to a Cat 1 tractor

I am hitching a Cat 0 implement to a Cat 1 tractor. The implement is a cart that has a cross drawbar which slips into the holes on the lift arms on the tractor. As you can imagine the cross drawbar is a pretty sloppy fit in the larger holes in the lift arms. The result is that the cart wanders about a lot. I wonder whether there are adapters made that would fill in the space or whether I will need to fabricate a pair myself. It would be a steel cylinder with the id the same as the pin on the drawbar and the od to just fit into the hole on the lift arm. Any ideas?

The OD should be 7/8", I think, for a cat 1 and I don't know what the ID needs to be but once you find out all you need are bushings. eBay is a good source for them, just type in the ID and OD and see what pops up, or if you have an industrial supply house near you they would have bushings too.

Go to just about any farm supply store like TSC, Blains Farm an Fleets , etc. You just need two Cat 0 to Cat I lift arm bushings. These will not be as common as the Cat 1 to Cat II ones but you can find them. They are pretty cheap too. The link I attached is for TSC and they are $1.99 each.
TSC online page for the bushings you needs.
