Cav dpa injection pump

Have a cav injection pump on a tractor. Ran in the spring, went to start it recently,wont start. No fuel at the injectors. Took top of the pump off had a little bit of a orange slime inside. Cleaned up best i could cleaned metering valve. Soaked the bottom with atf four a couple weeks. Put back together. Bled the filter and the 2 bleeders on the pump. Now have a little fuel at the injectors. With a line cracked may get one drip with cranking the starter 10 to 15 seconds. Do istill have air or do i have other issues. Been cranking quite a bit

If it's like most I get in for repair the rotor plungers are stuck inside too. Just finished setting calibration on a 4.236 CAV DPA that came in with several stuck internal parts on tear down..
