Replacing the two o-rings on the pinion gear of the throttle control was pretty easy. Original o-rings were hard and/or pieces missing.
Moved pinion to new set of teeth (only 4 or 5 get used), inner o-ring was easy to hold in place with inner "nut" and pinion. Outer o-ring was more tricky as it did not want to stay in place. Throttle lever -(with springs) was pretty easy to install to get full motion with throttle handle. Had to re-try once as was off one spline.
