My new TS6020 has a dual remote valve stack pretty much identical to the 10 series deluxe remotes. When it was delivered, the RH remote would not float - the handle would go into the float position, but the SA cylinder (Discbine) wouldn't drop unless you deadheaded the valve in the lower position. Dealer said it was normal, but looked into it and found out the RH remote has a load check valve between the valve stack and the couplers that will not open unless there is system pressure on it. Not sure why it was there - maybe for safety? They removed it so now I have float back. Problem is now with the RH lever in float, the LH remote is dead. Put the RH lever back in neutral and all is fine. Also, the RH remote leaks down quickly - you can literally see the Discbine drop. I've studied the flow schematics in the shop manual and thought it might be the shuttle check valve between the two remotes, but it doesn't make sense then that the LH remote would only not work when the RH is in float but work when it is in neutral. Dealer still says it is normal, but I wanted to try and figure out what was wrong before they have at it again.
By the way, the Tier 3 NEF engine seems to be even a little stronger than my 7710. Maybe a little less responsive on the throttle and uses more fuel, but the power is great. I'm very happy with it.
