I just bought a very nice looking Ford 860 from Chat's Tractors in Illinois. When it arrived in Massachusetts I was disappointed to find that it had a bad clutch.
I complained to Dick Chatterton and he immediately wrote back and is sending me a $1000 refund. I was grateful and impressed with his honesty and
straightforwardness. It seems he bought the tractor from another dealer rather than restoring it themselves, and he said he is completely to blame for not
checking out the tractor more thoroughly. I can recommend these guys, Dick and Bob, as good honest people to deal with.
