I sure wish we something like this going on down South in my area. Sounds like it would be a good place to go for some bargains, maybe. No Buyer's Premium either sounds like a good deal too.

Never been to an auction with a buyer's premium or cover charge to get in/register. If that were the case I wouldn't go.

The people that actually pay those ridiculous things are the whole reason they exist. Like Forrest Gump said, "stupid is as stupid does."

Only a few yuppie tool sale auctions are buyer's premium up around here - farm acutions have resisted that bad idea up this way. As mentioned above, most of us old farmers up here wouldn't attend.....
