Check valve torque again

Never really got an answer on the torque feeling like it was bottoming out on '61 801. left it at about 40# or so. New ball and what the ball sits on,can't remember what its called. same spring, but solid. Thanks, Dave

f it don't leak, it is tight enough, for me.
