chevy rear gears

Guys what Chevy pickups would have six lug and be close to around 62" wide? I want to replace the stock rear axle in my 47 1/2 ton. I"m looking for 3.08 or 3.36 rear gears. What should I be looking for? Trucks with small v-8s or 6s with auto or three speeds?

From my experience, anything with a 3.08 or 3.36 ratio would more than likely have an automatic trans in front of it.

73 -87 Chevy+GMC 1/2 ton 4x4 6 bolt pattern, 308+342 gears very common.
