Chisel Plow

Hi, I'm not new to farming for sure but I've never had a Ford 960 before. I'm wondering if someone can tell me how many shank chisel plow this tractor will reasonably pull. I have an eight shank chisel plow that I know is too much for it because we used to pull it with our 4020. How many do I need to remove? I was considering removing the two outside Shanks and trying it at 6:00 but that may be too much also. Any suggestions?

To me it's fairly heavy I'm in southwest ohio. The field that I need to do is sod right now

A 960 is about 45 PTO h.p., while a 4020 is 90. You'll have to remove half the shanks...or run it very shallow.
