A Ferguson tiller? They were very common here in the UK. I am sure if you ask on the Ferguson forum they might know where to get them from.

You can try this place as they build/sell a tiller similar to the one in photo

Can't help with the springs, but I'm always 'struck' by the names given different implements in different parts of the country/world; around 'here', we'd call that a field cultivator......which is a secondary tillage tool, as opposed to a chisel, which is a primary tillage implement.

Although pesticides are used to treat lumber, preserving lumber protects natural resources by enabling wood products to last longer. Previous poor practices in industry have left legacies of contaminated ground and water around wood treatment sites in some cases.

Ferguson built that as a primary tillage tool for the Ford 9N tractor at 23 max PTO HP so it is not heavy like you are thinking about for the hundred up HP tractors. Some jobs they are too light and not enough clearance for but for others they are perfect for. We used ours in bean stubble and worked great. Have no idea where to get springs for tho. This is in Ohio.

They sell springs for the newer clones of the Ferguson tiller that will work on the old ones.
