CIH Disc Mower 82MD

Hello all,
I have been using the 3pt hitch disc mower CIH MD82 with great results for about 5 years now! My question is, is it normal to not be able to level the 3 pt hitch with this machine? The load bearing (right) side must be lower than the left to attach to the tractor, and its a pain to hook and unhook. I believe a quick hitch setup may solve the problem. I noticed the newer MD83 comes with this feature.
Any other operators experience this?

Probably the same as Massey and New Holland. You have to throw a 6x6 block under the shoe.

Most do not recommend using a quick hitch. Too much pressure on the left lock tab of the quick hitch. Both the mower manual and quick hitch manual might say this....

Park on a block of wood so the right side is up a little.
