Will oven cleaner eat gaskets and rubber seals? I am repainting my case 801b and need something to clean grease off in tight spaces but what to damage seals. :x

Yes oven cleaner will damage seals and gaskets but so does water and sunlight and many other things. As long as you rinse it off with in a few hours there will be no significant damage. You want to get it warm before hand if possible and give it some time to work before brushing it.

If you leave oven cleaner on long enough it could damage gaskets and seals but usually it doesn't stay on but about 30 minutes before it's washed off. That's not long enough to hurt anything. With oven cleaner it's not going to help much to let soak overnight. Stubborn places multiple treatments works better.
