CLEANING UP

What is best to clean up the gun after painting with Alkyd enamel with hardener?
I also would like help finding the pictures of a restoration I have seen on here before but cannot find it was of a 245 Massey ferguson.

You "may" be able to use the same product you thinned the paint with. I use PPG MS 251, which is made for the purpose. First I rinse most of the paint out of the cup. Then using 5-10 psi at the gun, I loosen the cap until it is about to fall off, put some cleaner in the gun and back flush it. The loose cap and the low pressure force the paint into the cup, I dump it, then blow clean cleaner thru the gun at 20+ psi with the cap tight, repeat the whole procedure until the back flush cleaner is clean. I then tighten the cap and use several ml of cleaner until I think the paint is absolutely gone. Then remove the cap, needle and nozzle and clean them, along with the outside of the gun. Do this immediately after painting, I don't let mine set more than maybe 5 minutes.
