Clutch Fork

8N had very little clutch pedal travel and was barely functional. Adjusting the pedal made it worse in both directions. Looking at the clutch fork. It doesn't go all the way to the stops with the clutch pedal all the way up because the pedal arm contacts the running board. Should it? I'll have to bend something to make that happen

Clutch disc and pressure plate look OK but I will replace anyway.

I bet that part where the clutch rod hooks up on the outside of the transmission is broken but not all the way. It spreads and then retracts when you take your foot off the clutch. I just had that happen on a 8N.
