Clutch handle question.

Does anyone know what this NOS clutch handle fits on. Roughly 22" long with a bend. I got this from a neighbor friend of mine and we do not know what it fits. I can not find any part number.

The lever could be used when a mounted corn-picker was mounted on a John Deere A tractor. The lever was offered in the picker parts book. It was longer so the operator could reach the lever easy when standing up operating the tractor.
