1955 Mod.B Allis Chalmers runs good shifted good restored with new paint nothing was touched or adjusted in the clutch area now the clutch will not disengage

Yep, the clutch surfaces have stuck together..

Block the clutch-pedal in the fully dis-engaged position and leave it there for a day or so..
If it will not release after that, you may need to get in there with a narrow putty knife, etc, to separate the flywheel/clutch-plate/Pressure plate from each-other..
Once loose, you should USE that clutch enough to polish the clutch surfaces...
Like maybe, chained to a large object (tree??), in High gear, but don't make the clutch let out any too much Smoke..!!!

Well then first off not restored then because if it was every thing would be back to as good as new since that is what restored means. That said it is fixed up. Common problem for the clutch to stick on old tractors. Your B should have a flop over type part that it used tp lock the pedal down. Lock it down. Let it sit that way a couple days. Then if it is some place that you can do it safely start it in gear if it has not freed up and drive it around with the pedal held down. Most of the time doing that is enough to free it up. Then when you park it lock it down.
Sorry the term RESTORED is used to often incorrectly and as per Webster it means to bring back as good as new or better

I just had the same problem with a 1937 Case CC. I tried driving it around in gear up and down hill and also tried pulling it with engine not running in gear. Nothing worked until I took off the inspection plate and loosened the 8 bolts on the back of the pressure plate about 5 turns each and then rocked the tractor back and forth in gear with the clutch disengaged and that freed up the clutch. Tightened bolts and it works like a charm now. I will park it with clutch disengaged from now on.
