Clutch still stuck.

Is there anyway to unstick a clutch through the starter cavity? I've tried driving around and no luck. Really don't want to split the tractor so any ideas are appreciated.
Tractor is a 19571sh 600.

Tractor is a 19571sh 600.

Block the clutch pedal down remove the starter and then use Brake Cleaner spray on the clutch area. You will need to rotate the engine so you get the whole clutch area
