i have a 1964 ford 2000 backhoe and the clutch is stuck and will not release. clutch peddle is strong. clutch was installed new 5 years ago and unit has less than twenty hours use since installing. do not want to have to split the unit again. suggestions needed please. thanks :?:

You'll see a bunch of posts about this in this forum. Its always been said to try and work it free, pushing into something to give resistance, then working the brakes. If and and when it does, its best to block the pedal down, as it will be prone to doing it again.

I've never experienced it with a hundred series, it must be from moisture in the air and lack of use. My 850 has sat out uncovered in the past, but now I keep 3/4 of it covered with a tarp, bottom is open for ventilation.

#1 when you park if blocked the clutch pedal down and leave it that way.
#2 fire it up and lift every thing up then shut it off. If you have an open area then start it in the highest gear you can with it in gear and drive it around till the clutch frees up. May take 10 feet or may take 10 miles but it is likely to free up
