Coating the insides

Just got my JD H main case back. Took it to a shop for hot tanking. They ran it twice in the tank and didn't get all the rust off so they shot blasted it. What should I coat the insides with and where can I get it. Or can I leave it uncoated? Looks like a brand new casting, pictures later.
