Cockshutt 311 Hay Rake Question

Hello all,
I just bought a Cockshutt 311 rake and want to know what the proper tire size is. Right now it has one 6.50x16 on the chain side and a 225 75R16 on the other. The 6.50x16 does look to be higher. Should they both be 6.50x16 or does this rake require 15" tires? Thanks a bunch in advance.

I would look for a matched pair of 6:50 by 16" and if you are going to use it with the larger tire you could travel a bit faster with out it throwing itself apart. The other would be more equivlent to a 7:50x16". A 7:00x15" is the same height as the 6:50x16" but most car tires in 15" would have less height and more width and that would cause the sidewall to rub if they went on. Not sure if that model is pto or ground drive but if ground drive the most important thing if to have the tires matched so the dogs in one wheel are not constantly ratcheting as running, PTO different sizes only problem is leveling for height. If ground drive standard probably would have been a 6:00x16"
