Did that heat houser help much for you?

Yes, the heat houser was a big improvement over an open tractor. Just keeping the wind out was great but there was also heat coming back from the engine fan. There was a plastic and canvas windshield assembly to clip on but my dad never liked it as the plastic made for poor visibility.
