Is the swinging drawbar for a 30 the same as a 20? If not where can I get one for a 20?

No only fits 30

Look in the photo ads for the Cockshutt 20 parts and contact Jim Thompson, he will have one.

You should also be aware that there are 3 different style hitches available on the 20. Be sure you get the drawbar that is the same style as the hitch frame on your tractor.
