how do the cam bearings on the 152 & 230 budas get there oil, no guessing know ??? RON

If I recall when I had my 153 apart the cam bearings were not pressure lubed, but oiled from the top by oil draining down from above..

Dtech is correct. Oil running down off the head flows into wells leading down to the bearings. Three on the 4s and four on the 6s. I've heard cam bearings are prone to failure on those engines. Logical if they wells are sludged up.
