Coffin Block A Pedal Tractor

It was a pedal tractor that Ertl made a handful of, but the folks at Deere said it wasn't detailed
enough and turned it down. They were painted red and sold through other outlets anyway.

What was the yellow one that didn't seem to have a name? Real simple with a single front wheel and tube frame in back. I always thought I would find one but only seen one broken up one at sell one time. It was like MM pedal tractor but no name simple/no detail?

There were plenty of store brand pressed steel pedal tractors. Could have been a Murray, but there were a lot of others.

Sorry pushed reply to soon, BMC made the Tot Tractor and Shuttle Shift for Minneapolis Moline . There are three decal variations to the Shuttle Shift which by the way actually had two chains enabling two speeds

Ours was real simple with yellow plain wheels and one chain /wheel drive. It was late 1950's and I still have the wheels and seat. My brothers was happy with it even if it was cheap/plain. Thanks for the answers? cleddy

there was an original, unrestored one that sold online a few years ago, really rough, documentation said 1 of 8 maybe? anyway, brought like 88k
