(quoted from post at 20:45:23 11/05/17) What you have is a Cole horse drawn planter that was converted to 1 Point Farmall Fast Hitch for Farmall 140,130, Super A, or Cub tractor. In this part of the south you see these quite often at estate sales and auctions. The seed plate are unique to this planter (single hopper) and common. If you Google " Cole single hopper seed plate" you will find most every plate you would ever need. Please note this is NOT a Cole 12MX single hopper planter so those plates will not fit. You see these planters used mainly by gardeners or users that have no need for larger multi. row planters.
The back side of the metal seed plate will be stamped with the Cole plate number (like another post mentioned) which will help you identify your exact plate part number.
