You do realize that there is a "combine/harvester" section?? Besides that, nowhere on that machine does it say ALLIS CHALMERS

I thought that Allis Chalmers purchased Massey Ferguson a long time ago! besides you can never now for shere what you will find when you ask in more than just one form!

AGCO purchased M-F in around 1993, not a long time ago and not by Allis-Chalmers.

AGCO purchased M-F in around 1993, not a long time ago and not by Allis-Chalmers.

I thought that AGCO stood for ALLIS GLEANER CORPORATION?! Right!

Thanks for telling me! Sorry I asked its just that I have seen to many people scrap way too many places of equipment because just because they didn't know what they had because it wasn't in their favorite brand!

That is a Massey Harris Clipper combine with a flat gead engine and 7' cut. Used one for several years. And I see no harm with asking on this site if any Allis guys would know of any setting around. You nevrr know one of the Allis guys might have one setting in a barn someplace. No worse than all the off topic posts on Tractor Talk.
