Compression question

Does any one know how much compression a 45 John Deere A should have? I show 70-75 with the compression cocks closed and the thottle open after approx. 5-7 revolutions.

Field Service Bulletin 167-S says the estimated compression pressure should be 75 PSI for Model "A" tractors, S/N 488000 through 583999.
