compressor question

I have a quincey compressor model QT5 that has a bad rod that damaged the crank so had it turned but found out i cant get under sized rods or bearings and cant get blanks rods to bore the size i need any ideas.

If you can get a standard rod,Take and file the rod and the cap.Try to File each piece the same amount.Fitting it to your crankshaft.Get you some plastic gauge and set the clearance.0015-002 Thousands.With the cap bolts torqued.

order a new rod from quincy and take it to your machinist and let him rework it .
