I use my I Phone SE to take pictures and sometimes upload them on here. Today I tried to post pictures and it said I needed to enable cookies to upload. What happened? I haven't changed anything that I'm aware of on my phone or YT. How do I enable cookies?

Don't know what's going on, I was in the shop when I tried to post and it said I needed to enable cookies. I came in the house and it let me post the pictures. That's above my pay grade to figure out!!

My ATT cell service went down around 9:30 AM yesterday and came back almost twelve hours later. Don't know what happened.
