Coolant leak

On a 560 diesel it has a straight line stream shooting out underneath the water pump . It's hard to see in there but looks like it's in the middle under the mounting base, (not up by the shaft) its just a thin line aiming straight forward. It amounts to a steady drip. Would this be the gasket or something else? It only does it when running and doesn't seem to leak at all not running.

Then it’s that frost plug behind the water pump. Pump had to come off to replace it. I am very familiar with these model tractors. I have replaced that plug also.

But it looks like it's under the water pump, not part of it. Also it looks like the same tractor as your picture.
Be one of these. 2 5/16 I believe
