Correct oil filter

Need to change engine oil in my 1971 3cyl ford gas tractor and it looks like there are a lot to choose from. What is a top of the line filter I should look for?

Fleetguard is the best filter money can buy IMHO. If it says CNH on it, that should be OK as well.

85515HD is the CarQuest number I use for 3 cylinder models, and any of them that would have gotten a 300Dual from the Ford dealer back then.
I think CarQuest filter are made by Wix.

I have used Motorcraft FL-1A for decades in all my Fords. Used the same filter in my 5 Liter V8 in my 1988 Ford P/U. Wally world sells it around here at a nice enough price.....Haven't lost an engine yet.

CarQuest 85515HD crosses to Wix 51452 that I listed above, it has a higher burst pressure than the standard 51515

I think you have the Fleetguard numbers backwards
NH 86546609 is LF682 and
NH 86546614 is LF3313 and upgrade LF3487

You are correct I flipped them
I can’t find the edit feature to correct it

I believe there is a 24-hour time limit on the edit feature.

Your probably right, I see the edit feature for the post I made this morning
It would be nice if that feature was available for 48 hours, it was over 24 hours before my mistake was mentioned
