Could they use a LUC power unit?

I know everyone who has high speed internet, has seen this video, but, I couldn't help thinking, what if they had a LUC power unit hooked to a prop shaft or a small 2-cylinder tractor like a "B" or "MT" built into the middle and paddles in place of the tires???

I proclaim them genious ! Everyone in New Orleans should of had one of those type houses and they would of never had a problem with the floods !

Looks like a nice way to spend the day. With all the home foreclosers many more may be joining them.

In these times maybe we will all need one of those. Could fish and hunt year round. I remember an article in a furrow magazine in the late 50's about a ferry somewhere that was actually powered by an unstyled B. The wheels had been replaced with paddles. Since the ferry was guided with a cable stretched across the river no steering was required.
