CountyLine Vs King Kutter

I notice that TSC is no longer showing King Kutter implements on their web page; showing CountyLine instead. However those implements I compared look to be identical. What gives? Interested in a 24" dirt scoop.

Found the answer to my question. Seems TSC just uses the CountyLine label for stuff they get from King Kutter. But, that makes me wonder if they may use that label for products they get elsewhere too. "CountyLine" is apparently strictly a TSC only label.

Will a 8N handle a 30" dirt scoop?

Will a 8N handle a 30" dirt scoop?

I just picked up the 30" dirt scoop from TSC and my '51 8n handles it with no problem (aside from the fact my lift only goes up halfway, but it does that with nothing attached too:) )

Moved and turned a good sized compost pile the other day. The 8n can lift that scoop full of loam no problem.

Just added a KK 30" dirt scoop to my 1945 2N last weekend. Moved a load of top soil and a load of wood chips no problem. Slaved away in the tractor seat, operating the 3pt, while my lovely bride worked the shovels and rakes. She knows not how hard she works a man. ...But I forgive her. :D  :D 8)

Most large retailers rebrand merchandise to have a "house" brand. This gives them an advantage in pricing, either way,you buy a pricey name brand or the same thing in a house brand package.---lha

I think you will be much happier with a 30" over the 24". It will move more dirt with each trip. I have a 48 8N and it handles the 30" King Kutter with no problems.

Have u tried AgriSupply instead of TSC? Just curious. The TSC here in NC are very small and expensive. While AgriSupply is 8 to 10 times the size with prices from 30 to 50 percent cheaper. Even on big brand name items.
