Built my own dump trailer out of the power pack from a 1 ton dump. Replaced the PTO drive with a geared down Honda and a chain drive, built a scissors lift from plans I bought on the internet, and a TSC cylinder. That's the current configuration after a couple of less-than-satisfactory attempts to use a straight cylinder lift. Only drawback now is that I should've located the lift points further aft as it doesn't lift quite high enough, especially with sticky loads.

I inherited yet another blown up snowblower, this one a 28" with a(nother...) blown up Briggs and Scrapiron (can you guess my opinion of B&S engines yet?) I'd also grown weary of underpowered blowers that gag on anything over a couple of inches of powder. So I got out the welder and chop saw, raided the scrap pile and crammed a Harbor Freight 13 horse electric start Predator on the 28" blower chassis. I haven't been able to stop this one!

Does the wife ever ask what you are thinking?

Nope. She hates the smell of grinding and welding so when I disappear into the shop she won't come near it. Not that I take advantage of that or anything...😁

Somewhat more seriously, she's happy that I'm pretty much always around and she knows where to find me if need be. If I'm busy and happy, she's happy.
