What Dieseltech said.

Mine is cracked in the lower web. I needed it to run and couldn't find a block, I bolted it back together and ended up using Barr's Seal. It took me 9 months to find another block. After two years, it's still holding. I hope to replace the engine this summer. This is FAR from ideal.

If the lower web is cracked andI the tractor is new to you, you may be better off finding another tractor.

Im going through this situation right now with a T035. Webs are cracked top and bottom. However someone before me went through the engine and it must have been cracked then. After removing the liners I found a white silicone bead over the bottom cracks. It was working. I didn’t have a problem with coolant in the oil. I tore it down because it lost oil pressure. I’m thinking about going back up with it and use maybe jb weld or something.

had a mf65 gas with cracks(only on the top), and we filled them with the jb weld steelstik epoxy putty. worked well, and may fare well in bottom cracks too.
