hi everyone, we have a 1370 case tractor that all of a sudden would not let me put it a different range and when i put the clutch in it didn't want to disengage. the brakes work and all the other hydraulics and the fluid is up. any ideas?

Hi Andydap,
Do you have the surge when you push in the clutch pedal if not, I would check the the linkage first.

yes, that is what we are going to do soon to rule that out.

The same thing happened to me two days ago our 970. It turns out that I somehow had the power shift lever between reverse & 1st (also with no surge when the inching pedal depressed). I moved it to 1st & all is good.
